2026 Community Garage Sale
The 2026 Willowbrook Community Garage Sale will be Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13. Sales will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. There is no need to register in order to participate. As always, residents are encouraged to advertise their own sales either individually or as part of the larger Community Sale. The HOA will place an advertisement in the local newspaper and post the sale on Craigslist.

Resident Mulch Program
Savarino Bros Garden Center offers Reminderville residents a discount on mulch and other landscaping materials. Free delivery on Fridays. Click here for more details.
TRASH & RECYCLING CONTAINERS
HOA has received numerous complaints in regards to trash and recycling containers being left out on non-garbage days. Please be advised that Article 7.7 of the Master Declaration states that "containers shall be stored in such manner that they cannot be seen from adjacent and surrounding property."

Because we have limited street lighting, it is imperative that every house has its post lamp lit each night.

Reminders
- Warmer weather means more children playing outside. Please exercise caution when backing out of driveways and driving through the neighborhood.
- As a safety issue, children should not play in the landscaping or near parking pads.
- Please respect other residents' private spaces and do not cut through yards of people you do not know.
- Please remember that parking pads in the Landings and Woods are for visitors only. In addition, street parking throughout Willowbrook is limited to the non-hydrant side of the street.
- Dumping is not allowed in the woods or in any of the common areas.
