From page 48 of the Code of Regulations: The yard light will act as both the light for the individual homes as well as to illuminate the public street and sidewalks. Each homeowner will be responsible to maintain their yard light in working order. Lights shall be equipped with a photo cell and the light shall operate from dusk until dawn.
